Audit Senior

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage and lead an audit team to perform and deliver high quality assurance and compliance work for a portfolio of diversified clients. 

  • Manage the audit of public interest entities, reporting accountant for initial public offering exercises, due diligence, valuation and special audit exercises. 

  • Perform high level review on high-risk company to ensure audit working papers and audit reports are in compliance with relevant standards and by-laws. 

  • Monitor the time frame and work progress to ensure timely delivery of quality services to clients. 

  • Manage the portfolio of clients assigned by developing and maintaining good client relationship. 

  • Manage individual team portfolio’s financials, including budget, WIP, timely billing and collection and achieve team and division budgets and performance objectives. 

  • Provide guidance and solutions to clients on a consultancy basis. 

  • Highlight issues and provide potential solutions as well as presenting reports to clients. 

  • Attend exit meeting to present audit report, highlighting issues and tax computation to client. 

  • Motivate and coach team members to help them achieve their full potential. Provide guidance to the staff while carrying out audit jobs. 

  • Coach, lead, train and develop an effective audit team with both technical and non-technical competencies. Provide timely feedback to reinforce or improve behaviour or performance. 

  • Promote the firm’s growth and culture internally and externally. 

  • Provide or seek solutions on the problems raised by team members. 

  • Monitor and approve staff’s KPI and report to management on monthly basis.
