Dato’ Amos Siew Boon Yeong qualified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 1984 and is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA), a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), and an Associate Member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM).
Dato’ Amos started his auditing career and professional training with the international accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand in 1978, before establishing his own practice in 1988. He has more than 40 years of experience in the accounting profession, specializing in auditing, taxation, and management consultancy services. He has undertaken numerous assignments in valuation, internal audit, due diligence, and related services involving mergers and acquisitions, project and corporate financing engagements, and insolvency services.
Dato’ Amos was also involved in a Reporting Accountants’ Engagement on an initial public offering and fund-raising exercise.
Dato’ Amos has spearheaded an Initial Public Offering (IPO) exercise, leading to a successful listing on Bursa Malaysia.
